A: BLT is a services company, not a property management company. Condominium Boards of Directors are elected by communities to manage their associations. BLT Services is there to facilitate that management by providing the services that your Board of Directors deems necessary to help them manage your community.

Q: What services does BLT provide?

A: The services we provide include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Collection of all regular assessments, late charges and special assessments due from the Co-owners pursuant to the By-laws.
  • Disbursement of all funds as authorized by the Board of Directors to cover operating expenses.
  • Maintenance of buildings and grounds according to the standards established by the Board of Directors.
  • Execution of contracts for necessary services as approved by the Board of Directors.
  • Preparation of an operating budget for the forthcoming fiscal year in conformity with the provisions of the By-laws while working with the Board of Directors.
  • Preparation of reports and returns required by law in connection with Federal and State Agencies.
  • Maintenance of a complete set of books and records relative to the operation of the condominium association.
  • Availability of a 24-hour answering service to handle all emergencies as they arise.
